Summer Makeup

As the weather has been so gorgeous over the past couple days I thought I would do the makeup look that I have been reaching for the most! Of course it includes a NYX Liquid Lipstick which I have been obsessing over ever since I got them and also, a few old favourites. Soooo, if you want to find our how I created this look then keep on scrolling!

Base

Now, I'm not really fan of primers and to be honest I haven't found one I really, really like. I love the finish of Charlotte Tilbury's Wonderglow however, it does break me out a little bit so any recommendations would be appreciated! ANYWAY, I have NAR's Sheer Glow in Mont Blanc as my foundation with a mix of YSL Touche Eclat and Collection's lasting perfection concealer on any dark patches or spots. This is all patted down by my Bobbi Brown Sheer pressed powder in the colour Pale Yellow- I bought this because of Sammie (BeautyCrush) and haven't usd another powder since!

Eyes

I get my eyes pretty simple as with it being so hot I wanted to keep it pretty neutral. I applied NAR's pro-prime all over my eye lid- this stuff is amazing and keeps my eye shadow in place all day, seriously this stuff is lie glue. I used The Balm Nudes palette which you all know I love, (It's featured in my April Favourites!) I use the matte brown shade Sultry in the crease and then fill the rest of the lid in with as slightl shimmery cooler toned brown called Selfish. I use Soap and Glory Brow Archery in Blonde to fill the front section of my brown. I use the felt tip of of the pencil to create a brown winged liner- I was improvising as black was just a tad too harsh! I finished my brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pomade which is also in Blonde and finished my eyes with Loreal False Lash Sculpt and a little bit of white eyeliner in my lower water line!

Cheeks and Lips

The Final Touches. I used Benefit Hoola to warm my face up and my absolute fave summer blusher which is Apricot from Bobbi Brown- It is super bright in the pan but, applied sparingly it creates a lovely "I've just a little bit flustered! effect. It's highlight time! Probably one of my favourite steps as I have my Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit in That Glow. I applied Bubbly to the tops of my cheek bones, brow bone, down my nose and on my cupids bow. I then went back in with the colour Sunburst only on the top of my cheeks to make them really pop! Next is lipstick and I used the newest NYX liquid lipstick in my collection which is Ibiza. A beautiful Neon pink/ coral which is PERFECT for the summer months.. okay the summer days because it's England!

And this is the finished look! I hope you enjoyed reading and I would love to know what you think! Also, if there are any posts/ makeup looks you would like me to do please leave a comment as I love looking at what you guys would like to read! See you soooonnn- finger crossed the lovely weather will last!
