What I've been up to this Weekend

Helloooo Lovely People! So, if you had been following me on my Instagram story at the weekend (follow me @withlovefromamber) you would know that I have spent the weekend with my boyfriend in London. It was such a lovely weekend spent eating lot's and lot's of wonderful food, watching Love Island and strolling along the beach.

Good Afternoon!! So, I have been wanting to do a sunset inspired makeup for a while and because the weather has been so beautiful I thought I would do it now. I absolutely loved the way this look came out as I have never really experimented with red eye shadow before!

Summer Selfridges Haul

Good Evening everyonee! Apologises that this post is going up so late, there are just not enough hours in the day... plus I had to watch Love Island. (Can you believe the drama?!) Anyway, I had a Selfridges voucher to spend so I thought I would treat myself to a couple of bits and bobs. I didn't spend all of the voucher purely because I'm saving it for the Naked Heat palette! Testing out Tanya Burr Cosmetics

Good Evening on this beautiful summers day! So, I was browsing in Superdrug (as you do) and I was looking for a wearable drugstore eyeshadow quad. What I always find with drugstore eyeshadow palettes is that there is one colour that I will never ever use, so I just end up putting it down and heading back to my trusty Urban Decay palettes. However, this Tanya Burr quad really caught my eye as its super warm toned and all the colours are beautiful!

How I Style my Band Tee

Hellooo lovely people! So, I have been a bit obsessed this top since I bought it in Easter; it's such a simple style and I love the studs that are around the neckline and the short sleeves. Because its black it goes with everything in my wardrobe including my leather skirt which is such a staple! Here is just one way I style my top, hope you enjoy!

This post is dedicated to the amazing people in UCLan Chamber Choir who I spent the week with singing all around the south of France. Sara Sampaio Cannes Makeup 2017

Hellooo lovely people! So, I've been a little bit obsessed with Cannes Film Festival this year as everybody looks stunning (as always). I was scrolling through pictures and the makeup of Sofia Sampaio just caught my eye and I had to try and re-create my own. The look was focused on the pink/black smokey eye; the lips were a pretty pink with quite a bit of bronzer/contour. Especially for my very pale face!

Places I want to Travel: Europe

Well it's been a very long (once again) but, as you can probably tell uni (again) took over my life. I have just finished my final production which was 5 weeks of intensive rehearsals and then a show! It was an amazing opportunity and such fun (Shout out to Perfect Pitch as they rocked!). Now I have finished my degree (totally not freaking out...) I thought it would be nice to do a travel post as to where I am planning on heading next!
